East Sussex MSK Community Pain Service
Supporting people to live well alongside persistent pain.
The East Sussex MSK Community Pain Service (ESMSKCP) is delivered on behalf of East Sussex MSK Community Partnership by ‘HERE’ for residents of East Sussex.
ESMSKCP is a service for people living with persistent musculoskeletal (MSK) pain. This means pain that persists longer than 3 months due to musculoskeletal conditions.
We recognise that pain affects more than symptoms alone. It can affect confidence, independence, emotional wellbeing, family life, work and participation in everyday activities.
We help people understand their pain, develop confidence, build practical skills and access support that helps them live well alongside their pain.
Our approach starts with a simple question:
“What matters to you?”
Together, we’ll explore the support, information and resources that can help you to better understand your pain, build confidence and focus on the things that matter most in your life.
Referrals to this service
Access to the service is currently through referral. Referrals may be made by healthcare professionals, such as GPs or allied health professional involved in your care.
