Letter

Have you received a letter from us?

Please check your letter for details and contact information. If we have referred you to another service/healthcare professional, for example Physiotherapy, Pain Management, Rheumatology – the elected service will be responsible for your care and should be your first point of contact. If you cannot locate their contact information in your letter, you may also find it on our locations page.

Complements, Complaints & Comments

Do you have a concern, some feedback, or need to make a complaint?

We understand that health issues can be worrying and will discuss any concerns with you in a polite and respectful manner, and ask that you treat our staff in the same way.

In the first instance, our Patient Care Advisors may be able to help and would be happy to discuss any matters with you. We always appreciate feedback about our service as it can help us improve the patient experience.

If, however, you would like to log your concern, offer formal feedback, or make a formal complaint, please follow this process.
