Interpreter & Translation Services
East Sussex MSK Community Partnership (ESMSK) collaborates with local organisations to offer interpreter and translation services for communication between patients and clinicians. If you need an interpreter or translator, we will organise one for you. If we’ve scheduled an appointment for you and you would like an interpreter or translator, or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Please keep in mind that having a family member or friend as your interpreter during clinical appointments may not be suitable. To make sure you fully understand the clinical discussions that may take place, and feel comfortable asking questions or discussing your concerns, we will always arrange for a neutral third party to assist with your appointments within our service.

SIS exists to enable full access, for people with language needs, to publicly funded services in order to improve health, education and overall quality of life.”
