Accessing Your Letters Through Patients Know Best
At East Sussex MSK Community Partnership, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive important information about your care. We send appointment letters, clinic outcome letters, reminders, and general updates in the way that works best for you – by email, text, or post, depending on your preferences.
The quickest and most convenient way to receive your letters is through Patients Know Best (PKB), which you can access via the NHS App. Your letters will appear there first, and you can check them anytime.

- Better for the NHS – Reducing postage costs helps save money for patient care.
If you don’t open a letter within three days, we will automatically send a paper copy by 2nd class post. However, post is expensive, and using digital letters where possible helps us focus resources on healthcare.
